Well Crap
I did horrible with the last meal plan. Well, not
horrible
, I just ate a wendy's chicken sandwich instead of an omellete. I was so hungry that I was sick and I needed something pronto.

I want to share my recipes, ideas, and occasional frustrations with people who may benefit from them (if anyone is really out there).
I want to get back to my pre-baby weight.
I want to know that every day I am doing something good for myself.
