Meal Plan

Alright, here is today's meal plan

Breakfast: Low Sugar Oatmeal, Banana, Fiber: 250 Calories
Snack: Yogurt: 100 Calories
Lunch: Subway Veggie Sandwich: 350 Calories
Snack: Cottage Cheese and Peaches: 100 Calories
Dinner: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Salad: apprx. 700 Calories (I'll do the math tonight)
Snack: Toast or Sugar Free Pudding: 60 Calories
Total: 1560
