Sundays

Sundays have to be the hardest day for me to eat healthy. All I want to do is snack and sleep- a very bad combination. And to top it off we always go to our parents house for dinner and they always have yummy dessert. I think it is hard because I am around my house all day with not a lot to do, so I eat to fill the time.
I have yet to find a remedy for this sabbath day over-eating problem. Any suggestions?
