Breakfast: Low Sugar Oatmeal, Banana, Fiber: 250 Calories
Lunch: Panini, Chips, Grapes: 380 Calories
Snack: Light Yogurt: 110 Calories
Dinner: Spinach and Cheese Omelette and Broccoli: 450 Calories
Snack: Toast and Jam: 150 Calories
Total: 1340 Calories :)
I MUST STICK TO THIS!
