Friday Favorite

This week my friday favorite is the Nike Flex Run shoe.  I got a pair of these for Christmas and I love them!  They are so light!

I'm hoping my love for them will encourage me to run a little more this year.

This favorite has nothing to do with exercise.

With all the snow lately my favorite thing has been Greg's old beanie I found in our snow gear. He used to wear it in high school and I love it.

It's perfect for those days when I don't want to go my hair.
