I am finally seeing some progress, the first 3 pounds have dropped! You know what it finally took? Me not eating sugar, go figure. So, I am going to continue to not eat sugar, eat healthy snacks, exercise and see where it takes me! With apples and peaches in season, healthy snacks are easy! I just purchased a cute dress from Shabby Apple for family pictures coming up, and I want to look great in it!
Another thing that has really helped me is that my husband has gained some weight. He wants to lose it so we have been keeping each other motivated and in check.
I will let you know how it goes and if I drop a few more pounds this week I will take a picture of my progress!
